internet explorer (limited to one window)

please help me fix my internet explorer. i am able to use IE but the problem is that
its limited to one window only. whenever i click the IE icon agin the previous window will close and open the new window.

have you tryed opening the link by right clicking on it and and then selecting "open in new window"?

this is not a perminat fix but should hold you over untill we can get a better one, let me know if that one works.

What version of IE are you using?

have you downloaded both IE 6 Patches? ie 6 has more wholes in then a piece of swiss chees :tazz: Neccse est, that you download the patches.

sry to butt in here however i think i might have found a solution to your problem, using google:P
anyways i found this on a micrsoft site and it may help you out.
If you have IE version 6 i think this site will help you out. http://support.micro...b/281679/EN-US/ and do everything underneath reslolution.

In Windows Explorer> Tools> Folder Options> General (middle) Browse folders "Open each folder in new window". Mysteriously, this works for IE. Another fast workaround is to hit control n which will give you an identical window to the one you have. Then you can click away w/o losing your original page.
