HELP ME

I need a simple reference area on the web that I can get the basics of all this programming because I keep getting Cannot Resolve symbol errors with every program...either I am about the dumbest programmer out here (okay not a programmer just need it for my degree). So any reference sites I can get would be appreciated.

you can also find a lot of free sample code using google.

regarding 'Cannot Resolve' errors:
when looking at compile errors, start with the first error. reason - the first error message is usually accurate, whereas subsequent error messages can be misleading. fixing the first error often removes other errors.
