My computer had this serious problem a while ago, and Windows was re-installed, so C: was formatted. Then we found out we had lost the CD for the mother board drivers...
So I'm just barely surviving right now, with 640x480 ( :) ) resolution and no audio/video working.
My motherboard is a Mercury one, with this superbike on the cover. I'll try and mention the model as well, I'll go find the box.

Can someone please help me with instructions as to how to download the drivers and install them properly? Cause I've tried searching for them already...

Thanks in advance. :) :tazz:

Well...it's the integrated one right now, I haven't upgraded yet. I think it's the common Intel 8MB Chipset...

As for the model number, I just found the box...

Mercury Mainboard
Intel 845GL Chipset
(KOB 845GL NDMx)

(Socket 478 Pin Support 400 MHz Intel Pentium 4 Processor)
(2x184 pin DDR DIMM Support)
(On Board CMI9738 4 Channels Audio Chip)
(On Board 2D/3D graphics controller)
(DVO Slot)
(Micro ATX Form Factor)

Those are the stats given on the box. I think I'll go look for the drivers on that site you linked me to. Thanks for your time. Maybe you can help me if I can't find those drivers there...

Sorry about not replying sooner i've currently got flu! :tazz:

I did a search on driverguide and it has the motherboard chipset, sound and graphics card drivers on there.

To be able to download the files you'll need to signup.
