Having a small problem here. In order for me to download a digital certificate for work on my computer it wants me to change my security custom levels. I did the change to low hit reset and clicked ok. when I checked to see if the changes were made it set it back to medium. What is going on???

does it let you move it up? what i am trying to get at is does it let you ajust the setting at all? if not it may be malware.

IE> Tools> Internet Options> Content> Certificates
add the one you need manually.
