IBM Video drivers for win98

I have an old IBM 300GL, which originally had WinNT installed. Have since installed Win98, and now the graphics do not work properly.(Only has 16 colours!!!)
I have tried searching IBM for a driver, but no luck. The graphics adapter is a 6541 PCI VGA. Is there anyone out there who can help??? <_<
