My computer started running slow about a month ago. I have tried all the software you had posted without any success. Outlook Express and Internet Explorer are really slow compared to how they were before. When I went to log on to the network today it told me that all my settings were lost. It let me on but all my favorites are gone from internet explorer, my wallpaper is gone, etc. Any help you could give me would be very much appreciated. Here is a copy of my Hijack This log.
