I am running WXP SP2 and everytime I boot up and get to the point where it asks to login (Ctrl-Alt- Delete) It freezes and I have to hard boot the darn thing. I am at my witts end. Any suggestions, besides me throwing the laptop out the window. :tazz:

First attempt would be a virus scan provided you have software already installed for that...running in safe mode.

You could also try a system restore point if you wish which can also be done in safe mode.
