NTUSER File Appearing

The File "NTUSER" appeared on my C Drive [it's a DAT file and has a picture of a Piece of Paper and a Picture of Notepad in the middle] and on My Folder in Documents and Settings.

IS THE INFO ON THIS SITE CORRECT?

yes, that info is correct

that is what windows builds the hkcu registry key from when you load windows...it is a very important file
