My comp simply wont turn on at all, here is everything my comp has in it and if you can figure out why it wont work i will be enternally gratefull, thank you

When you push the power button, does anything run at all?
Hard drives, fans, etc?

I figured out that the company gave me a faulty power cord, but when i actually got it too turn on, it said "Disk boot failure,Insert disk and press enter" i called the company and they said that my hard drive is faulty also. i think thre right so i gota send my hard drive in and theyll replace it.
