They mean ten business days, which makes it longer

I finally got the motherboard back but they reported that the motherboard tested fine. I took it to a computer shop this afternoon, and he discovered that it is something with the burned copy of windows xp pro that i was using. He put a new copy in and did quick install and it installed within 5 minutes! He also burned service pack 2 on a cd. So im going to try my copy in quick install and if it doesn't install like the other copy im going to have to by a licensed copy.

Well, i installed it in quick install form and everything seems good, Im going to run some tests, torture and memtest to make sure that it's stable.

Glad to hear it now seems to be working OK :tazz:

Your case is another example of why not to use pirated software! I strongly recommend that you go & buy a licensed copy of XP anyway as using pirated software is illegal as well as unreliable.
