Internet not working

Using IE 6.0 or Mozilla. I can use them right after i restart my computer, but after one minute or so I can't view any or go to any websites. Sometimes google will run searches etc. AIM works perfectly fine if i have it connect on startup only. I have run out of ideas on what my problem could be. I tried resetting firewall, internet settings, tcp/ip crap, and ran anti-virus several times with no luck. If anyone can figure out or notice whats going wrong I'd be thankful. If you need any further info I can get back to ya soon.
