Win 95 IExplorer is hijacked - about:blank

My problem originates with the TR/Startpage trojan being loaded into /windows/temp/se.dll just as I launce my browser. My antivirus software catches and removes it before it can be run. se.dll does not exist on my PC anywhere so I assume it is coming in from an alias. IExplorer will get started but ends up at an about:blank site full of various ads.

I have removed several about:blank reg entries but alas they return. Since I run win 95 your adware away software can not be run. You can tell I've attempted your good advice before bothering you.

Whatever you can suggest - as you may see I am exhausted by all this...as you may well be. Oh - and at the end of the log are couple of dll files I renamed to xxx.dll.bad as they were suspect - with a current file date of when I first had my troubles. Thank-you for your time.
