Howdy!

I would greatly appreciate some professional help from you guys. My laptop has slowed down a lot recently especially when i have a software running be it a game or anything o the sort. Initially we had no such problems which makes me think that something has gone wrong. i have included a print scan (or whatever it is called) as an attachment. There you can see that the CPU usage is over 100% (well i know that the dvd shrink does not help but i doubt whether that is the problem).

Please do not hesitate to ask me any quetions.

Thanks guys.

NB. If you can use basic tech langage that would make it easier for me to follow. LOL.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
