A ISO file is a image. It contains all the folders and files. I use Nero to burn the ISO to a CD. In Nero i pick make a cd then go to the boot tab to make a bootable cd. Then just burn the iso to a cd.

Nero is supplied with 95% of all CD burners and it can do it. Roxio can do it as well. Any CD burning program that can'd do an ISO isn't worth haing IMO.
