Somehow I recently had Quickshield installed on my computer. I don't know how. I do know it shows up in my task bar and when I click on it nothing happens. However, I can not go on line when the icon is there. I have to go to the processes tab of the Windows task manager and end the process before I can use my email or go online. Also it just slows down every thing. I have looked this up on the internet and have found nothing to remove it. Please help. Thank you

ok, if you have quickshield install you probably have a few other things on your system. I talked with the malware guys here and they recomened that you start a new post in the malware forum:
