My laptop is a Satellite A15 series and it is having trouble with my system recovery cd. Everytime I load the cd, an error occur.

Can't read from description file "d:\COMPS\.NET Framework0\TEXT\desc.txt".

Don't know if it's the laptop or the cd. Could someone help me solve this problem?
