1. lately my blueyonder broadband has being going really, really slow. does any1 else have this problem or kno wat the problem is?
2. how do u find out what speed ure internet because bleyonder said they upgraded it by 4 times but i dont kno if they have yet?

1) How slow is "really slow"? Upgrades have been in progress across the network.

im on blueyonder too. i cant wait for that.

my friends internet used to get really slow sometimes, he is on blueyonder. he phoned up and someone came to his house and they put his internet on a different frequency or something. now its a lot faster. mine was slowing down recently and then all of a sudden it just went off. no internet or nothing. we phoned them up and they sent technicians down. turns out that theres a break in our cable wire so they have to dig the street up and replace the wire :tazz: oh well. blueyonder arent really that bad with the customer serice thing. they put you on hold but i usually get problems sorted. if you do decide to call them they will more than likely ask you to put stuff like ipconfig and netstat into cmd and ask for the results.
