[Flockers]

Hi guys, my family's computer is having a lot of trouble with the internet. We have Qwest Premium DSL (with a Firefox browser) so we're always connected to the internet, but it seems that the internet will stop loading a page and say that "www.urlgoeshere.com" cannot be found. I check the DSL box and it's fully connected. A co-worker told me to run a scan with my anti-virus and malware programs. I did it when I got home and found a whole bunch of crap. I deleted it all, but the a few days later the internet still seems to be having problems. Then I remembered this place. You guys helped me with a problem I had over the summer. I ran another scan with my anti-virus and malware programs, cleaned everything, and ran HiJack This! so you guys could tell me if there is something the programs are missing.

By the way, I run Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware, AVG Anti-Virus, and McAfee Personal Firewall. I don't know if this matters or anything, but I thought I should tell you just in case.
