sd card write protection makes my sd card useless and i cant figure ou

i just bought a sd card on ebay i cant write to it at all even when the lock on the sd card is switched to open i cant evevn format it it gives me this card is write protected plz remove wright protections but all i could do was switch the switch on the sd card tto open but it still ses its still wright protected no matter what i try to do with it how do i fix this thanks

i dunno problby it dousent work on other computers and its made by san disk i think

at the very least, i would need the manufacturer and size to start research

You mentioned it has a copyprotect tab that you side back and forth? I thought these cards had a notch on the side (obviously I was wrong)

I've heard cases where ipaq will lock these things up...

what are you inserting this in? A computer card reader? You say it is write protected, but will not work in computer...meaning it is not seen, or you can alter it?
