help! opening game files

can someone please tell me how to open/run .BIN and .CUE files? do i need to have a special program installed or something??

.bin/.cue seems to be related to cd images. Try deamon tools http://www.download....4-10376892.html
you are to mount those images

You can also use nero to burn them on cd's and then use them.
