Rotation of video clip

I have some nice short video clips taken with the "movie" feature on a Canon S400 still digital camara. The problem is, they were taken with the camara turned 90 degrees (portrait style). Does anyone know of a method of rotating the video image, as we can easily do with stills. I use Pinacle Studio 10 software.
