Ok, so today I get on my computer and start playing CS. Immediatly I noticed the sound was, hmmm, how do I describe this, slowed down? All sound seems deeper and slower. This does not only happen in-game either, it also happens when listening to music in Winamp.

Does anyone have any insight on this very odd problem?
