Sharing Information in Outlook

I have a group of people working on a project, and I would like to be able to share information efficiently using MS Outlook. Is there a way for multiple people to share the same task, so then when one person updates the information, it is updated for all of the people working on it? It would also be helpful, that when I make a change, the rest of the group is flagged to view the update.
