Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we'll take another look.

I have the latest version. I just got it.

The last blue screen i got said that there was a problem that caused my computer to shut down before any damage could be done. It listed 3 address's that were causing problems... like 0x0000000001.. and such. And that ialm.DLL... something to that effect... was the source. and that a dump of physical memory had accured. I called dell and they said i had malware, and it would cost money to fix the problem. Some one told me to dome see you guys. i should have written the problem down. But i now have adaware se, cwsshredder, spybot s&d and hijackthis. Do you of the screen that is occuring?

also, do you know how i can transfer files from my old computer? is there away i can do a direct hook up of pc to pc?
