I am taking a OS class. The instructor wants to know how to delete comdlg32.dll in the system32 folder running XP in A Virtual PC environment. We have tried deleting it using the cmd prompt and any other way we could think of, however, when XP is restarted in it's Virtual environment the file has returned. Any suggestion would help
