I have peoplepc.com and my mail is opened with Internet Explorer, when I go to open my mail my internet disconnects. I can't find the problem that is causing this.

How do you connect to the internet, and when did your problem begin?

When you click the mail button or go to tools/mail and news (whichever way you use) does your mail usually open in the browser or does the browser open in any version of outlook?

Please go too

Tools/Internet options/programs tab

and list all the things in the E-Mail portion and tell me what the default is.

When you say "open" your mail can you define that please.

Are you accessing the server and downloading and it stops before that can happen

Are you downloading successfully then having the internet stop
