I don't think I understand your question...isn't inno.exe a setup installation program, ie, you create compressed program setups with it?

OK, I admit I am really, really tired and the only reason I am awake is I am trying to revive someone's winme machine from the dead, but when someone says an uncompressed zip file, which is inherently compressed, I either am sleeping or I ought to be....

Just a thought, as a test, try downloading tugzip

http://www.snapfiles...get/tugzip.html

Install that, let it grab all the associations, and see if tugzip will open them correctly
