Folder Is Not Empty

Hiya,
I cannot remove the folder. I was trying killbox and JRTwine but they can't remove it :tazz:

It keeps saying that it is not empty.
the folder isn't on the system drive and it contained music before.

Its on disc H and it is called "slsk stary". i can rename it but not delete it. this is removable disc and it happened while plugged to the other pc.
there is an error with a bin on that disc too.
