hi please help

when i start up my computer and get to my desk top for the first time i get a message that Internet Explorer has encounted a problem and needs to be shut down even though i don't have a window open.

in addition to this i only get around five minutes on the internet before things stop working(pages cannot be found) and i have to restart ths computer for it to work.

i've followed the instructions in the advice section and here is my hijack this log. i really have no idea what it all means please help.
