I lost my pst

I am running windows server 2000, and office 2000, I helped one of my users create a pst for outlook and we are using roaming profiles, when I created the pst, I saved it in the default spot for a pst, now I cannot find it anywhere. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Start > search File and Folders, advanced options, look in hidden files and folders and system folders

*.pst
