Ok, this is my problem.

When i plugg in my hardrive (which is a Maxtor 300g) i dont seem to get passed the Windows loading screen.
When i get past the loading screen, all i get is a black window.
When i unplugg its all ok again.

i have had my comp on warranty service for the motherboard and they replaced it, now i dont know why the Hdd is messing up, it worked fine before the incident, if anyone got some knowledge or tip about what to do i would be realy greatfull.

Sincerely: Syppe

if it's not your primary hdd you have to set the jumpers on the maxtor to slave
