I have been trying to purchase music from the windows media store, rhapsody etc.....and I always get an error that says the my DRM file is corrupt. I did some research and found the location of the DRM folder.....but the was NO FOLDER!!!! All I am trying to do is buy music and put it on my iriver. I have NO CLUE on where to get a new DRM file, if there is such a thing, and if I could call Dell, that's where I got my computer. My computer is BRAND NEW. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated:)
