We have to check the obvious first. 
I think this is only the second time I've said this in over 1,300 posts, but I don't know.
I tried finding more information from the publisher, but a quick Google search only yielded resellers. If you can find the mfg's site, I'd guess there's an answer located there in the support section.
Do you have a support phone number that was included with the software that you can call? If not, I'll dig a little deeper.
