bad checksum error downloading SD updates

This is a record of the last time I tried to download the updates for Spybot Search and Destroy:

I don't know what to do to be able to download. This computer is a Gateway laptop Celeron M, running Windows XP Home SP2. What other info might you need to help. I just want to scan for spyware to keep it running smoothly.

Any problems with things like that and its just easier to uninstall it and download the latest version fresh to your pc.
Updates should work fine after that.

try selecting different server cause that www.see-cure.de server was giving me the same bad CRC error. select safer networking server

THanks. I did both -- uninstalled , reinstalled, then checked for a different server. It worked. :tazz:
