Can't print to networked printer

Hello,

Please help with any ideas. I believe someone in our office has deleted possibly something to do with printer spooling on our computer.

I have reinstalled windows xp pro, but i can not get this computer to print to the printer. other computers in the office are printing fine.

Are there any downloads or checking software that might help me search for the real problem.
