I can't play files that I downloaded from Rhapsody and they told me to do this:
"To fix this issue, run a Windows Media Security Component Upgrade, which allows you to authorize your computer to play the track.
To run the Security component upgrade:
1. Close Rhapsody.
2. Open Internet Explorer and go to http://drmlicense.on....en/indivit.asp.
3. Click the Upgrade button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once the upgrade is complete, authorize your computer and play the track:
4. Open Rhapsody.
5. Go to Tools and select Authorize Computer. (When the computer is properly authorized, the menu link should change to Deauthorize Computer.)
6. Play the track that resulted in the error message."

I got to #3 and it's just freezing there and "not responding"
thanks in advance...

Have you been checked out for malware? You might want to do that first.

If clear, make sure Media player is not running, and shut down all programs you can
