i was just wondering if anyone new of any free live chat servers, ones that whould allow certain users to be moderators, and also be free. adds are not a problem. i just need it to be reliable and support moderators.

to my knowledge...all you have to do to get a channel on irc is join one that hasn't been registered...then..there's something you have to do to get the channel registered..usually free... in irc type /msg chanserv help
that will tell you how to go about most t hings...
