How can I remove "Right to left reading order" and "Show unicode control characters" and "Insert unicode control character"

How can I remove then from when I right click.
E.g. When I right click in the white box in RUN its there makes the whole thing big, I do not like it.

You have extra language packs running active on your system. You can have them installed from updates without activating them, just click on your language bar (if it's next to your system tray, if not, you can find your language settings in your control panel) go into the properties and remove language packs that are active and not necessary to your day to day use.
