It's over a month late - been a busy month, lol - but I just wanted to thank Loophole and Geeks to Go for all the help in fixing my spyware problem in the busy weeks up to Christmas. I have recommended the site to several people who have various problems, and am sure you will be able to help them as efficiently and friendly.
