craig mp3 player help

my son got a craig mp3 player for xmas and i have been trying to get it working. i did manage to download 2 songs onto it not sure how i just clicked on alot of things and it worked. now everytime i try to get into the program it says unsupported operation and kicks me out. does anybody have any idea what this means and how i can fix it?

have you contacted the manufacturer's tech support? i would assume that the device is still under warranty....if it had one to begin with

Most MP3 players are just a case of "right click on the files you want, choose Send to and select Removable Drive/Disk".

Shouldn't really be any more complicated than that I wouldn't have thought.
