I am looking to purchase an External Hard Drive. Looking around at TigerDirect and Newegg I find the Beyond Micro brand to be a pretty good bang for the buck. Anyone have any thoughts on the quality of these units? Thanks for any opinions.

I don't have any personal knowledge or experience with this particular brand. My suggestion is to do some google searches for reviews on it and see what you can find. I did a lot of research on external hard drives before I made my decision to go with getting an external hd case and putting the EIDE hd of my choice in it. I have 4 such devices and all work very well with WXP Pro and W2K Pro.
