Maybe its just XP or maybe its jsut me but apparantly when i boot up it literally takes 45 mins to an hour to jsut get to my desktop so far ive tried ssystem restore and all the basic stuff, then i did a panda scan found 6 hacker/tracker progs and got rid of them i have yet to restart my system until i know i have everything covered
i just uninstalled damean ools for that might be the problem because itis trieg o go out to tat emulated drive and that what is the hold up also im downloading something from lavasoft that will take out this tricky little virus that makes ur network card unseeable so that could cause the long boot up as well. If anyone else has any other suggestions, im all ears.

Rayne,

could you please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....After following the instructions, and if a malware expert gives you an all clear, if the problem persists post in the Windows 2000 XP forum

Thanks.
