hi sorry i havnt got back to you before now i dont think i will beable to download windows media player 10 as I have a problem with my XP and IBM have sent me a reinstall XP disk but i havnt had time to do it yet as i have got to back up al my work is there any thing else i can try. thanks Diane

If the windows disk they sent you isnt a brand new one it will have WMP10 preinstalled, if its newer when you reinstall just install WMP, whats the bother with XP.
