Just for the heck of it... try to do ALL your needed windows updates from microsoft. It might not tell you the cause of the problem but it could fix it.
I don't use Mcafee much, but am I correct in understanding the images do not come through when it is ON - if so - it seems more likely to be a setting in there, What brand of notebook?

I have a gateway laptop and I'm having the same exact problem. I've tried eveything, even disabling mcaffe doesn't work. Has anyone figured this out yet?

Let me also add that I'm not a dummy when it comes to computers. I've toyed with the ie settings, I downloaded firefox, I've done it all! I can't see pics on firefox either. Don't know what the [bleep] to do!
