Associating File types

A simple question hopefully...My current default email program is Outlook 2002 but for some reason it is malfuntioning or at least is incomplete. I want to change this default to Outlook express. So I went to control panel , went to folder option, then view types, went to "mail to' Protocol and the change button is grayed out. So I can't . Is there something I'm missing here? IS there another place to change file associations?

Hi Ardent...

Open Outlook Express and click "Tools" on the toolbar...select "Options". Under the "General" tab, click the "Make Default" button.
