Nod32 says i have have a threat and it says

File C:\_RESTORE\ARCHIVE\FS23.CAB is infected with application Win32/Adware.Altnet.
The file can be deleted. It is strongly recommended that you back up any crucial data before you proceed.

but when i go to press delete it wont and the only action available is leave what do i do?

and nod32 is showing 30 or so files blue and saying they are damaged i no damaged means bad was it the adware that caused it? i no that they were not there before the adware thingy popped up

i need to get it better
