Hi,

I had Power Word 2003 installed in my PC. I recently upgraded my Office XP to Office 2003 then after the upgrade, Microsoft word does not allow me to edit/save Word documents. It always shows an error :
"Microsoft Office Word had encountered a problem and needs to close"
there is an option to restart microsoft word but there's no debug option so I could see which file is corrupted or causing this error. When I uninstall Power Word 2003, everything works fine. I have tried to delete the current normal.dot template but it still doesn't help. I tried to start MS Word with /a switch everything works well. Does anyone have an idea on how to resolve this problem?

Thanks,
Kiera
