Hi there,

I have looked on Microsoft Office Online and Outlook offline help but i'm struggling with this one.

I have created a customized contact form "IPM.Contact.mycustomerform"

I have plently of records based on the default IPM.Contact

How do I update items in my my Outlook contacts folders so that they open using my customized form rather than the default form that the items are currently associated with??

Similarly, I want to import contacts from a text file and i want to make sure the imported contacts use my customized form rather than the Outlook 2003 default. How do I do this?

Office Online makes reference to omsgclas.exe and changeforms.exe , but it would appear that neither of these solutions are compatible with Outlook 2003.

Thanks for your help with this one.. ! : )
