Windows ME Background

Hello everyone, new to the forums. Having a problem on one of my ME machines. Every time she alt tabs out of a program or minimizes a program whatever was on her screen turns into her background. This is not that big of a deal just getting quite annoying. It is doing it with dos programs, IE, outlook, ect. Any quick fix or anyone know why it is doing this? Thanks.
