I have a Nec Z1 ( www.businessweek.com/1999/99_26/b3635115.htm ) and the monitor is attatched to the compputer itself as yoouu can see in the picture. The monitor is removable so i wanted to use it with my new compputer but i don't knnow hte port that it uses. It is not a VGA. It doesn't have pins either. It is hollow in the middle and the connecter on the other side htat it sits on is filed in the middle and is hollow on the outside. Anyone knnows what port this is?

ah...so the nec z1 is a self contained computer...that may very well be a proprietary plug just for use with the computer
